Remarkable value,
I picked this up for $199 and my expectations were aligned with that price. I’ve only used it for a matter of days, so this review can’t address the longevity of the item, but initial impressions are very favorable. The screen is thin and the connections are well labeled and accessible. The remote control was apparently updated to include support for Roku devices, since the printing of the manual, and that’s a plus. By the way- the manual was actually good. What a shocker- written by presumably a native English speaker and with clear and applicable images. Perhaps I’m a weirdo for caring about manuals, but that struck me as a novelty. The on-screen menu systems and remote are at least as intuitive as any other, and perhaps a bit better than average. The viewing angle and brightness are good, and the sound is respectable. If there is one downside, it’s the base, which is such a curious shortcoming. It’s not especially firm, and the set wobbles easily, but this could be remedied so inexpensively by the maker. I don’t mean to say that this is a big deal, but if you have designs on setting it on something less than stable, you may see it jiggle. Otherwise, I’m impressed and pleased, and consider this an exceptional value. No bad pixels, no idiosyncrasies. The color accuracy seems as good as any other. The name though- “ocosmo” is really strange. It sounds like an Irish spaceman or something. Zaphod O’Cosmo, or such…

great 2nd tv,
I needed a bedroom TV and 32″ is a good size for a small bedroom. But didn’t want to spend a lot of money. And this TV was under 200.00 so I took a shot. Anyway, it has a great picture, decent sound, and is super lite weight. Beside under 200.00 for a 1080p! That’s a steal.
