Just right for the price,
We wanted a second TV that we could put in the playroom for our kids who are getting older who want to watch educational TV or mommy who wants to watch Downton Abbey at the same time daddy wants to watch sports. Because we know who gets the main TV in that case.
Therefore, we weren’t looking for something expensive or gigantic. And happily, this TV is just right for us.
Overall, this is a solid TV and great value for the money. It’s doesn’t have all latest features but it does all the obvious things you want from a TV well.
The picture quality is sharp and the viewing angle is fairly good – you can watch it from off to the left or right without it darkening badly.
Pros:
Good picture quality and size
Can view pictures on a USB drive
Nice clean all-black finish, looks good
Menus are easy to navigate and straightforward – too often these are really complicated!
Has VGA and 3.5mm input so can hook up to a PC fairly easily
Cons:
Base isn’t adjustable
720P max resolution. If you have a Blu Ray drive or something higher resolution it will max at 720P.
Headphone audio out in an awkward spot on the back.
Inputs and outputs:
2 X HDMI
Component
Composite
RF
Coaxial
VGA
3.5mm audio in
USB
Headphone audio out
Just from a “how does it look” perspective – it looks great. And my costume dramas look marvelous!
An extra note – measures 31″ wide and 23″ tall (with the base screwed on).

This is a really good price point for this TV,
I previously had one TV in the house. At one point we had an extra one in my bedroom, but my wife hated the large CRT TV and how much space it took. Not to mention it wasn’t HD, which meant you missed out on the quality picture available through Netflix and cable.
We placed this TV in our bedroom, on a dresser. While the TV has a pretty large screen, it is so thin that it takes up almost no space on the dresser. It’s very sleek and I actually think it looks pretty good in the room.
On the good side, again the TV is really sleek. It has a nice black finish that makes it work well in almost any space. The screen size is good. It has TONS of inputs, which is very important give all of the connected devices these days. The menus seemed pretty easy to work. The picture quality is pretty good.
On the downside, the picture quality is limited to 720P. You can tell a difference when comparing the picture of a 1080P TV next to this one, even at the smaller size of this TV compared to something 40 inches+. The remote seems super cheap to me, almost to the point that I would be afraid to drop it.
Overall, given the price of this TV, it is a steal. The TV is working out perfectly for my wife and I and I am very happy with it. We generally use it to watch videos on our ROKU device and it has performed flawlessly. Would I replace my main TV with this one, No. But I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to use it in a spare room or in a bedroom.
