This is a great choice for someone looking for a small TV to put in a bedroom. I play video games on it, and the colors are fantastic. The LED back light is also amazing, and has plenty of brightness settings to set it somewhere comfortable. I’m a little bummed it isn’t 1080p, but 720p looks just fine on a 26′ screen.

I was considering 1080p but I only need a TV for XBOX360 and non-HD cable tv. Xbox and Netflix streaming works great. PC connection via RGB cable looks good. Its a small resolution for a 26″ tv so it doesn’t look like HD but it doesnt look bad either.

No complaints, 720p is more than enough unless you have blu-ray and want to utilize the Full HD 1080p, otherwise this tv will work great on video games (broadcast in 720p) and DirecTV (720p).

I love the LG LED. However, it is the first flat screen, LED High Def. TV I’ve owned. So of course it is 100% better than my last 100 lb. TV. The LG’s sound is sooo much better and of course the quality of the picture. I really like that you can customize the sound, the color …everything..to suit yourself. It swivels and it’s very stylish. My LG is only 26″ because it had to fit in a certain area, yet I feel like I can see it so much better. I would have to watch other LED TVs and than compare them to the LG, but so far I would buy an LG again.

This is a great TV for it’s size and class. It has a very good display with good setup options. I have a computer connected to it via the DB9 RGB connection and the display is almost as good as a dedicated computer monitor at the 1280×720 resolution. Although it has a digital video resolution of 720p it will down-convert 1080p without a problem if you have a device that puts out 1080p. I am not sure one could tell the difference between 720p and 1080p during normal video display at this small screen size. It can be set up to have a very bright display while still complying to the video standard using “Digital Video Essentials” Blu-Ray Digital Video Essentials: HD Basics [Blu-ray] to set it up.
